General information - We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pincode, country, location, IP address, restaurant name, restaurant details, brand details, product details, product preference or any other information that we receive from scanning of our QR codes.
Payment and billing information - We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you purchase our Service. We do not collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other related details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users, allowing full access to the selected subscription plan at no charge. The trial period begins immediately upon successful registration and selection of a subscription plan. By signing up for the free trial, you authorize us to automatically begin billing you at the end of the 14-day trial period, using the payment method provided during registration. The billing will be in accordance with the plan selected at the time of sign-up, unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription within the 14-day trial period. No charges will be applied if the subscription is canceled on or before the 14th day.
Failure to cancel within the trial period will result in automatic billing, and charges are non-refundable once processed.
Information you publish - We collect information a User may publish on our website or OYC App in relation to brand name, logo, brand information, product information, bank details, revenue details, etc.
